There are different ways on how you can wear high heels. Most people don’t know it but there are certain rules to wearing high heeled shoes. Unlike any other ordinary type of shoes, high heels are special in a sense. They are not like your regular pair of sneakers that you just put them on and that’s it. With high heeled shoes, you need to do some learning. As a matter of fact, you need to do it as if you're learning to walk all over again.
The reason for this is quite simple. The heels of your feet are going to be pushed up while your toes remain on the ground. Essentially, it’s like walking on your toes. And with the thin heels, you really need to find your balance or else you’ll be saying “Hi” to the floor every once in a while.
Another thing to do is learn how to find the most comfortable pair of high heels. Why? Comfort is everything when it comes to high heeled shoes. It is really important to learn the how to distinguish a non-comfortable pair of shoes from the ones that are. Lastly, you should never go too high on your first try. It’s obvious why. If you haven’t mastered your walking and standing position, you might as well go with smaller heels just to be safe.
