Balance is everything. When you buy your next pair of high heels, you need to think about balance. There should be an equal amount of style and comfort. When one factor outweighs the other one, that would mean you’re either compromising your style or comfort. You should never do this unless you’re going to wear your high heels where nobody else can see them.
Get the right set of heels. If you’re not trained to deal with 4 or 5 inch of heels, don’t buy them. They need time to get used to and trust me, that time will be spent with lots of pain. Of course, you need to practice your stride and get it perfect to enjoy comfort. Stick with 3 inch heels instead. They are the most comfortable ones you can wear.
Be sure to stick to thick heels. I have nothing against stilettos but when you think of it, the thinner the heel, the less support your feet get which ultimately hurts your feet. Go for pumps or wedges instead. They are more comfortable yet remains stylish.
